ANTECEDENTS:

A human group composed by teachers, engineers and others decided on their own accord that it was necessary to carry out a project to help out young people from third world countries.

Everybody is engaged in the same endeavor: cooperative work to the service of education and training, which is the sum of life’s inherent tasks, like OKUME itself.

LIFE joins together wills in concrete space and time. “Here and now”. Meeting with Doctor Jorge Seuba gave us the initial spark.
