Vision

The OKUME AZ's Private Foundation admits and is responsible for putting into action the defined objectives written in article 6 of the bylaws.

The Foundation has the following objectives:  

1.- The development of the primary and secondary education, compulsory and non-compulsory.

2.- The development of the continuous training.

3.- The development of the occupational training.

4.- The development of sociosanitary performance and the care of the ecosystem (construction and management of the first aid station with the collaboration of doctors and volunteer sanitary personnel, construction of wells, trade teaching such as farmer, stockbreeder…)

5.- The exploitation of educational and occupational centers.

6.- The development of all the necessary activities oriented to facilitate the achievement of the set of aims mentioned before

CULTURAL VALUES:

For the achievement of its aims, the Foundation can perform the following activities, with the objective of giving access to its aims to the disadvantageous population, improving the reading and writing and the educational and sanitary development:

a.- To perform all those educational and sanitary activities necessary to develop the aims mentioned before.

b.- To collect funds through payments, donations, contributions, subscriptions, events organizations, as well as inheritances, leaves and grants. In the case that the inheritances, leaves and grants are not specified to the adscription of the donation of the Foundation, the Cooperative will be able, on its own criteria,  to decide either integrate them or not to the performance of the foundational aims, according to the law.  

c.- To acquire land and properties for exploitation for the foundation aims.  

d.- To build and manage properties for the foundational aims.  

e.- To establish collaboration with public o private entities.

The building on the outskirts of the city of BATA of:  

1.- An educational centre for 6 units of kindergarten and 12 primary education.

2.- An educational centre for 8 units of compulsory secondary education.  

3.- A centre for vocational education.
